Wilshire Towers is a 283-unit, Section 8/Tax Credit community located in Koreatown in Los Angeles, CA for people 62 and over. The property was acquired by Thomas Safran & Associates in March 2015 and extensive renovations were completed in 2017. The waiting list is currently closed.

The property features studios and one bedroom units as well as onsite management and daily maintenance personnel. Resident services include ESL, computer, and financial literacy classes and monthly parties. The renovation included upgrades to all resident units as well as a fully remodeled community room with an updated kitchen and large screen television, a community gym, library, and new laundry facilities.

Wilshire Towers is located in the heart of Koreatown, close to Downtown Los Angeles, and near public transportation including the Metro purple line.
