VA Building 207 is a 60-unit tax credit community for Veteran households in the West Los Angeles VA North Campus. VA Building 207 is conveniently located with easy access to public transportation, health facilities, community services, city parks, restaurants and retail stores.
VA Building 207 is part of a master plan initiative by the West LA Veterans Collective (WLAVC) and U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs, which calls for greater than 1,200 units of supportive housing for Veterans. The WLAVC is a partnership between Thomas Safran & Associates, Century Housing, and U.S. VETS. The West Los Angeles Veterans Collective is deeply committed to the successful transition of military Veterans and their families through the provision of service-enriched housing that promotes recovery, wellness, and a more hopeful future.
VA Building 207 offers studio and one-bedroom units with modern amenities. Units include heating and air-conditioning, a kitchen with range and oven, refrigerator, waste disposal, vinyl plank flooring, and window blinds.
The property boasts resident gardens surrounded with lush landscaping and walkable green space, laundry facilities, fitness center, and a spacious landscaped courtyard with an outdoor barbecue area.
