Resident Manager

We seek strong, experienced Resident Managers. The manager will be responsible for the daily operations of the property and implementing our vision. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Planning exciting resident activities to create a warm community environment
  • Supervising on-site maintenance staff and projects to preserve the property in a beautiful condition
  • Retaining resident files and conducting income certifications according to program guidelines
  • Maintaining resident relations in compliance with Occupancy and Fair Housing guidelines
  • Reviewing monthly financial reports and preparing annual budgets
  • Marketing and leasing vacancies to maintain a 100% occupancy rate

Qualified candidates have two (2) years solid property management experience, strong written, verbal and computer skills, and a minimum of a High School diploma. Experience with Section 8 and/or Tax Credit affordable housing programs preferred but not required.

Assistant Manager

We are currently seeking experienced Assistants to support Resident Managers. This includes, but is not limited to: answering phones; responding to resident inquiries; filing; processing paperwork to assist in maintaining organized system for accurate record keeping; assisting Managers with marketing, leasing and certification paperwork; and coordinating resident activities.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma and relevant experience.

Maintenance Technician

We seek experienced maintenance technicians for locations in the Greater Los Angeles area. Responsibilities of a maintenance technician are:

  • Minor carpentry, plumbing, mechanical and electrical work
  • Replacement of all household appliances
  • Framing and finishing walls, doorways, roofs, and other elements of structures
  • Installing and repairing sinks, drains and toilets
  • Inspecting, cleaning and lubricating mechanical parts and equipment
  • May do basic welding, metal work, and minor air conditioning maintenance
  • Troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, installation and repair
  • Maintaining resident relations in compliance with Occupancy and Fair Housing guidelines

Qualified candidates have a minimum of a High School diploma and two (2) years experience in all aspects of maintenance including plumbing, electrical, painting, and other general maintenance duties. Experience with inspection compliance such as REAC preferred but not required.
